ONLINE ORDER TERMS
These terms apply to all purchases using a credit card online from this store
- If at any time you have a question about an order, call or email us!
- All charges will appear on your credit card statement from PAYPAL*IBEST.NET
- While most items ship immediately, you should allow 2-3 weeks for US domestic delivery.
- Backordered items are not available for sale in the store, however there are times when a low-stock item will become unavailable due to unexpected brisk sales. We will notify you if an item becomes unavailable and you can decide whether to wait for the item to be restocked or receive a refund.
- To help prevent fraud, we will only ship to your credit card billing address. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
- Pre-orders, if applicable, are charged now and are shipped on or prior to the release date of the product. When offered, pre-orders are clearly marked and are offered within days of the release date.
- If your order does not arrive by the time you think it should, or if there are any other problems with your order, call Solid Gold Country at 910-791-8675 (in Nashville at 615-777-9321). Collect calls are not accepted. NOTE: Voice mail will pick up by the 8th ring. Please leave a message if no one answers.
- Alternately contact firstname.lastname@example.org via email anytime. If you email, make sure to include a subject such as "iBest.net order inquiry".
- We will refund your purchase or re-shipped items that never arrive.
- If you initiate a chargeback because you did not follow these terms, you will be disabled from placing further orders from iBest.net or our clients and companies until a $50 reinstatement fee is paid.
- If you can't contact us promptly in the summer or early fall, make sure the North Carolina coast is not experiencing a hurricane before jumping to conclusions. While our servers are not affected by storms, our telephone lines might be.
- The terms herein are those of iBest.net only, additional terms by other entities, such as your bank, may apply when using your credit/debit card or making online purchases.
- If you don't understand these terms, please call or email us and we'll explain them to you.
- If you don't agree with these terms, please do not complete your purchase.
- Please print a copy of these terms.
RETURNS: Please order carefully, and if you have any questions, ask. UNLESS A PRODUCT YOU PURCHASE IS DEFECTIVE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Defective items can be exchanged for the same item within 30 days of purchase. A broken jewel case is not a defect but we will replace the jewel case upon request. If a defective product is no longer available, you will receive a refund.
